Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded the full amount less a $10 administration fee.

Cancelling less than 14 days but more than 48 hours prior to your arrival will incur 50% charge of the first night accommodation.

Cancelling less than 48 hours to your arrival will be incur 100% charge of the first night accommodation.

Payment Policy

If not already paid, full payment of the outstanding balance is required on arrival.  Payment on departure is only available by pre-arrangement with the manager.

Please be advised rates are subject to change. If different at the time of booking the newer rate will be charged on stay.

Check In and Check Out

Check in time is from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. If you think you might arrive later than 8:00pm please contact Reception to arrange a late arrival.

Check out time is no later than 10:00am.

Rates and Availability

Reservations will not be taken more than 9 months in advance.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars on a per night basis and include GST.

The child rate is for children aged between 3 – 14 years; children under the age of 3 years are welcome free of charge.

Prices are subject to change.

All reservations must be made by persons 20 years or older.

Please be advised any specific rooms or sites requested cannot be guaranteed.

Minimum No. of Nights

A minimum stay of 4 consecutive nights is mandatory for confirmed reservations during our ‘peak periods’.

Peak Periods 

Over the Christmas/New Year period, guests departing prior to their reservation's departure date will not be refunded for the unused portion of their accommodation.

During the Christmas/New Year period we do not allow any youths in cabins or units, nor parents staying in cabins whilst youths are on sites. Each group of up to four people under 21 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This parent or legal guardian must stay on the same site with the group for the same duration.

Pets

We have a ‘no pets policy’ year round with the exception of guide/assistance dogs.
